Acquisition Program Support

Enterprise Horizon supports Federal clients in developing their acquisition programs.  We assist with the planning and development of the program strategy, schedule, risk assessments, budgets and artifacts that guide execution activities. As tasked by government program leadership, we perform analyses, implement control methods to ensure deliverable quality and timeliness, actively participate in planning meetings, strategy sessions, develop a wide range of program documents and support the full range of program management activities across the Acquisition Lifecycle Management.

Project Management

The systems, processes, and techniques deployed by the Enterprise Horizon project management team in support of the Navy have been offered as “best-practice” templates for other organizations.

We have more than 14 years of experience as a leading solution provider of program/project management services, training, software implementation, information technology, engineering, and professional management services for customers such as the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and various other federal government agencies.

Enterprise Horizon works with Federal clients to develop scalable and repeatable training and knowledge capture artifacts, templates, guides, and collateral to effectively grow new workforce knowledge, skills and abilities.  We help clients to capture knowledge, consolidate disparate enterprise Information and clearly describe the entire enterprise organization through process mapping.

Administration/Accounting/Help Desk Support

We provide key support services in Human Resources Management, Accounting Solutions, Customer Service and Technical Help Desk Support.   Our team has extensive experience in the Federal and DoD sectors providing solutions that improve service quality and overall program efficiency

Audio/Visual Production

We work with clients to produce web-enabled training and promotional videos.   Our team provides key support in locating potential sources of audio and video content, including interviewees, shooting locations, music, narration, stock audio and video footage, government assets, graphics, and animation.  We build review processes into each stage of the process (implementation plan, script development, and video editing) to ensure the project proceeds on-point and on schedule.
